How Do I Get Started?




It doesn't matter whether your home is large or small, neat or messy.  We will work with what you have to give you fantastic workouts!   When the weather is nice, we can workout in parks and on the Greenway.  I also have a private training studio in downtown Grand Forks for clients who prefer not to train in their homes.  Wherever you decide to train, I provide all of the equipment to give you the best work out for your fitness level.

On our first meeting, we will work together to evaluate your goals and obstacles.  We will complete a Fitness Evaluation, which can include your:


    * Health Risk Appraisal
    * Body Composition & Percentage of Body Fat
    * Exercise Attitude Profile
    * Cardiovascular Ability
    * Muscular Strength
    * Muscular Endurance
    * Flexibilty

Armed with the results of your Evaluation (available immediately), we will set achievable goals to create an individualized exercise and diet program.




Group and Couples Training



It's fun to exercise with your friends and family, and building a supportive community of exercise partners and cheerleaders is an effective way to fast-track and maintain your exercise success.

Each participant must schedule a Fitness Evaluation.  If you are comfortable, you may schedule your evaluations together.  After that- game on!  You can work out together!
